REFUNDS AND RETURNS

No refunds will be provided.If you are not happy with your purchase ,you have up to 7 days after you receive you items to return it for store credit.The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for return.All items must be unworn,unwashed ,unused. If item is not in original condition that it was sent( no signs of wear),your return will not be honored .

Please send email to [email protected] with the Subject 'Return" and your order number ,and why you're unhappy with your purchase.

If it is after 7 days of receiving your item,your return/store credit will not be honored. It is recommended that all return be sent via a traceable carrier so that it can be tracked. Asia's Collections is not responsible for packages that are not received and can not be tracked 


All items on sale are final sale and can not be returned for store credit,no exceptions.

SHIPPING

Once your payment is verified ,your order will be processed within 1-3 business days .Once the items are processed ,it take 2-5 business days to ship.once you item is shipped,you will recieve a tracking number via email .Asia's Collections is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided.
